We are a family business dedicated to the cuisine of Vietnam but we get inspired from dishes all over South East Asia.

The name Saigon is the former name of the largest city in Vietnam Ho-Chi-Minh-City. We chose Saigon because we associate the name with home, familiarity and a feeling of safety.

Therefore we hope that we can convey these feelings to you through food – especially in these tough times.
